If reports are to be believed, Real Madrid and Barcelona are in a bidding war over Japanese prodigy, Takefusa Kubo, who is known by his nickname Take. The 17-year-old excels in the position of a central attacking midfielder due to his ability to create chances at will and his superior technique with the ball sets him apart from the rest.

Take is one of the teenagers Barcelona signed back in 2011 to play in the Under-age groups and also, one of the reasons why FIFA imposed a ban on signing underaged talents in 2015. As a result, Barcelona were forced to release him on a free transfer.

Take currently features for Japanese club FC Tokyo and reportedly has an agreement to join the Catalan giants if he returns to Europe. Despite knowing the pre-contract negotiations, Los Blancos are keen to snatch Take from the hands of their arch rivals.
