The 22-year-old who joined Arsenal while still at primary school has made 98 appearances for Arsenal and has scored 9 goals and provided 18 assists. The fanbase is divided between him as on Iwobi’s day he can play very well and be a key part of the team but he is not consistent enough.
Which is why he may not be in Unai Emery’s plans this year which means he needs to have a great pre-season to cement his place in the team or else he could be sold or loaned out.
I personally feel he isn’t good enough and he isn’t at the level of ability that Arsenal needs to be able to get back in the Premier League. He may be able to play in cup competitions or the Europa league though.
