Krystian Bielik joined Arsenal way back in 2015 and after being a prominent figure for Arsenal Under 23's in his initial years. After struggling with injuries, the Polish defender finally had a fruitful season with Charlton Athletic where he helped them win promotion to the Championship.
Bielik did have two other loan spells at Birmingham City and Walsall but he managed to make only 10 or fewer appearances in these two loan spells. However, after constantly impressing and developing with the Arsenal Under 23's and finally showing his true capabilities with Charlton, Emery needs to take his chance with the young Polish defender especially considering the status of Arsenal's defense at the moment.
With Arsenal looking to sell Shkodran Mustafi and with Laurent Koscielny looking to leave, Arsenal will certainly be looking to buy a few defenders, but Emery should consider promoting Bielik to the first team.
The 21-year-old was highly rated when he first came to Arsenal and after patiently biding his team, he finally looks ready to become a part of Arsenal's first team.
