Pogba's talent is unquestionable

Paul Pogba's inclusion in the PFA team of the year may have surprised a few, but there was some substance to it.

The Frenchman, for all his criticism and flaws has managed some unbelievable stats this season. He has managed 16 goals and 11 assists. this makes it his best season in terms of goals and one of the most productive midfielders in the world, in terms of goals and assists.

Pogba however, has often been criticized for lack of effort and consistency. The 26-year-old often disappears in games and has a low work rate. He has often flirted with the idea of a move to Spain, invoking the wrath of club supporters.

Pogba is often used as a scapegoat for United's troubles and is surrounded by players who are not good enough. On his day, Pogba can change a game in a split second with his vision and is probably one of the top 5 midfielders in the world.

Solskjaer needs to make the Frenchman the focal point of the team and sign players to make Pogba a more efficient player.

#1 Marcus Rashford

Rashford is a major talent
Rashford is a major talent

Marcus Rashford is widely considered to be one of the most talented youngsters in the world and the future of the club.

The 21-year-old however, has had his fair share of struggles this season, like most of the squad. The Mancunian has lacked clinical finishing in front of goal.

Rashford enjoyed a rich vein of form following the arrival of Solskjaer with 6 goals in his first 10 games, However, he has suffered a severe dip in form, going without scoring for 7 games.

Under Mourinho, Rashford was forced to play out wide and second fiddle to Lukaku while Solskjaer has imposed much faith in him.

Rashford remains the main striker at the club. Once he regains confidence, expect him to go on a scoring streak.
