Andy Carroll in action for West ham

Carroll is a towering 6 ft 4 English striker who has made a name for himself for scoring sumptuous headed goals in the course of his career. He has scored 24 headed goals in the league across stints with Newcastle, Liverpool and now with West Ham.

In October 2015, he came off the bench to score a stunning header that turned out to be the winner as West Ham beat Chelsea.

He made former employers Liverpool pay on January 3, 2016. Carroll was on hand to score a towering header for West Ham in the 55th minute in a match that ended 2-0.

After a subdued 2017, Carroll started 2018 in sublime fashion when he scored both goals in the Hammers’ 2-1 win over West Brom. In getting the equaliser, Caroll was able to place two defenders in his pocket as he headed home.
