The Italian striker always had the potential to become a top player, but his bad attitude never lets him hit the heights that he should have in his career.

Liverpool signed Balotelli from AC Milan for a reported fee of £16 million in 2014. The Italian international struggled to find his form during his time at Anfield and managed to score just once in 16 league games for the club.

He was sent back on loan to his former club AC Milan in 2015 and was permanently sold to the Ligue 1 club, Nice in 2016. He revived his career in the French league and scored 15 goals in his first season with the Eagles. His performances have kept on getting better with time as the Italian has scored 43 goals in 69 games for Nice till date.

In May 2018, he was recalled to the Italian national team for the first time since the 2014 FIFA World Cup by his former Manchester City manager, Roberto Mancini. He marked his return by scoring a goal against Saudi Arabia.
