Simone is undoubtedly one of the best managers in the world football right now. He took over Atletico Madrid in 2011 and it was under his guidance that Los Rojiblancos broke the duopoly of FC Barcelona and Real Madrid in La Liga in 2014.
He has also guided Atletico to European glory with one Europa League, one UEFA Super Cup, and 2 Champions League final appearances.
Though his style of play might not be very similar to Wenger's, if the Gunners want to win trophies and re-establish themselves as a force to reckon in with in the Premier League and Champions League, then he is their man.
Also, he has managed to build Atletico into such a great team with very little transfer funds and despite the departure of big names like Diego Costa and Radamal Falcao he has still managed to maintain their elite status in La Liga and Champions League.
