Another one of those amazing deals. Anderson was linked last summer to both the Manchester giants among other prestigious clubs across Europe. A mercurial talent, Anderson began his career alongside Neymar at Santos. His skilful style of play and dynamism earned his interest from Europe and he made his move to Lazio in the Serie A.
His all-around attacking ability created a flourish around him and he excelled for the Rome based side scoring 25 and assisting 27 in the Serie A. The Brazilian suffered through injuries and that has affected his overall growth. The talent, however, is still very obvious when one considers the near 40 million Pounds West Ham paid for a player who had just 9 starts last season and had fallen out with his manager.
