Les Reed's time at Charlton Athletic is infamous for the off field things. Nicknamed as "Les Misérables" and "Santa Clueless" by the media and was voted as the worst manager of all time by the club fans!
Well, not that they hated him but his management was miserable. He won just one game and also got the club knocked out of the League Cup – by Wycombe Wanderers, a League Two side! He was replaced by Alan Pardew.
