Andreas Pereira joined Manchester United youth set up in 2011 from Dutch side PSV after he impressed Sir Alex Ferguson. His fine performances for the Manchester United youth side earned him a promotion to the senior team.

The Brazilian was later sent on loan spells in La Liga sides Granada and Valencia in search of more game time and top-level experience. After his impressive spell with Valencia, he expected to feature more for Manchester United this season.

Despite starting the first two Premier League matches of the season under Jose Mourinho, the youngster has found himself down the pecking order with the return of Nemanja Matic, who had a slight injury at the beginning of the season.

Pereira had the opportunity to impress Solskjaer in a FA Cup tie against Championship side Reading but failed as the Royals surprisingly dominated possession with Manchester United failing to contain the struggling Championship side.

The Brazilian has been linked with moves away from Old Trafford, but he has amazing potential and Manchester United should not risk losing out on his talent. A loan deal could benefit both parties.
