He was part of the Barcelona players who had the privilege to play with the Argentine magician. They played together alongside other superstars like Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto'o, and Henrikh Larrson until when Deco departed for Chelsea in 2008.
Before his departure, they spent a nice time together at Barca, winning several trophies including the La Liga and the UEFA Champions League. Deco also spent some time with Ronaldo during his international duty with Portugal. They played together for years until Deco retired in 2010.
Even though he did not win silverware alongside Ronaldo, he witnessed the amazing talent and work rate of the Real Madrid superstar. He is one of the few footballers that played with the duo during the early stages of their careers.
