Trent Alexander-Arnold currently plays for Premier League leaders Liverpool, and it is in the last one and half seasons that he really came to life in, and in the process, he equalled the record number of assists (12) in a single Premier League season last year.

He is a creative full-back and is by far the most offensively talented of all of them. He has exceptional crossing ability and vision, and basically, is like a No.10 playing in the wing-back position. The boy even has a powerful shot and an eye for goal in him.

Although Trent is the most impressive going forward, it is in defence, where he definitely has room for improvement. England may become susceptible to opposition attacks when he plays, but he will be an extra source of creativity from the wings if Southgate chooses to play him ahead of everyone else.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Aaron Wan-Bissaka caught the eyes of many when United forked out nearly £50 million for the former Crystal Palace full-back last summer, making him the club's fifth-most expensive signing ever.

In contrast to Trent Alexander-Arnold, Wan-Bissaka is a colossus in defence and is often unbeatable in one-on-one situations but in possession, he is nowhere near the Liverpool full-back in terms of end product and decisiveness on the ball.

Similar to Kyle Walker, Wan-Bissaka is excellent physically, gifted with superb athleticism. He is the Three Lions' best right-back in terms of defensive capabilities. The Manchester United man can put in timely tackles, mark opponents, and is almost indomitable and very difficult to get past for any winger.

Although he does need to improve his output going forward, his immaculate defensive ability could be a real weapon for England come Euro 2020.
