#3 Roy Hodgson | Crystal Palace

Roy Hodgson is the oldest manager in the Premier League and could hang up his boots this summer if Crystal Palace part ways with him. The experienced Englishman has steadied the ship at Selhurst Park and managed to put together an exciting team in recent seasons, but the Eagles haven't really kicked on as well as they'd have liked.

With attacking talent like Wilfred Zaha and Eberechi Eze at the club, Crystal Palace could opt to bring in a younger manager to realize their squad's full potential.

They have been linked with a handful of managers and there is a growing belief that Hodgson and the club will go their separate ways at the end of the season.

#2 Nuno Espirito Santo | Wolverhampton Wanderers

Together with Jorge Mendes, Nuno Espirito Santo has put together an exciting project at Wolves, with the Midlands club rubbing shoulders with the big boys since their return to the Premier League in the 2018-19 season. The Portuguese tactician has been one of the most important figures in the club's recent history, having managed to attract a handful of top-class players over the years.

Wolves, though, could be tempted to try something different for the 2021-22 season, with Nuno's future reportedly hanging in the balance. The former Valencia manager spearheaded the club to the UEFA Europa League semi-final last season, but Wolves have blown hot and cold in the current campaign.

With Jorge Mendes' influence, Wolves could well attract a bigger name if they decide to make a managerial change in the coming months.

#1 Mikel Arteta | Arsenal

Mikel Arteta's inclusion could be a controversial one, but the fact of the matter is that Arsenal's development under the Spaniard has not been plain sailing. The Gunners have shown clear signs of improvement, but they are nowhere close to competing for major honors and tend to blow hot and cold far too often for anyone's liking.

Arteta has steadied the ship since Unai Emery's dismissal and shored things up at the back, but Arsenal tend to lack imagination in attack and have often been slated for being rather uneasy on the eye. Nevertheless, the Spaniard has proved that he is a top coach in the making and has already won a trophy at the Emirates Stadium.

However, if Arsenal's alarming nosedive in recent seasons continues, Arteta's future could well lie away from north London.
