The Premier League is one of the most attractive destinations for any player around the world. Players from a lot of countries want to play in it and showcase their talents to the world.

The biggest tournament in international football, the FIFA World Cup is just around the corner and will be played during the months of June and July. Many players from the Premier League will be part of the tournament and try to achieve glory with their respective national teams.

A few of these players will be the star attractions for their national teams and look set to play vital roles in leading their teams to victory.

Right on this note, let us look at five such PL players who will be stars for their national teams in the upcoming World Cup.

Eyebrows were raised when Liverpool signed Sadio Mane for a huge transfer fee in the summer transfer window of 2016 but the Senegalese international silenced his critics with his performances and has now become one of the most important players in the squad.

Known for his speed, dribbling, and directness, Sadio Mane has scored eight goals in the league so far this season and has also provided seven assists to his teammates. He has also scored six goals in the UEFA Champions League and his hat-trick against Porto in the round of 16 of the tournament helped Liverpool reach the quarterfinals after nine years.

He was Liverpool's Player of the Year for the 2016-17 season and was the runner-up to his Liverpool teammate, Mohamed Salah for the African Player of the Year Award in 2017.

Sadio Mane played a leading role to take Senegal to the World Cup and scored some important goals in the qualifiers.

He has scored 13 goals in 46 games for his national team and will be their main source of goals during the World Cup.

He may not be getting the attention that he deserves but Spurs' Eriksen is one of the best-attacking midfielders in the Premier League.

He joined Spurs from Ajax in 2013 and has been performing brilliantly since then. He was the Spurs Player of the Season for the 2013-14 and 2016-17 seasons. He also won the Danish Player of the Season on four different occasions and is the highest scoring Danish player in the EPL.

He is going to play his second World Cup this year and was the youngest player to play in the 2010 edition of the World Cup. He made two appearances that year but failed to score a goal.

Eriksen played a vital role during Denmark's qualification campaign and scored eight goals along the way. His hat-trick in the play-off round against the Republic of Ireland played a crucial part in their qualification.

Despite being just 26-year-old, he has played 77 games for his national team scoring 21 goals. He will be Denmark's star player at the World Cup and will be the main source of creativity. He needs to be in top form if Denmark wants to progress to the final stages of the World Cup.

#3 Kevin de Bruyne (Manchester City & Belgium)

Kevin Bruyne is enjoying a remarkable season under Pep Guardiola and is among Manchester City's top players in their inevitable English Premier League triumph this season.

The Belgian international is the main source of creativity for the Cityzens and has provided 14 assists so far in the EPL. He is one of the leading candidates to win the Premier League Player of the Season award this term.

He was ranked the fourth-best player in the world by the British Newspaper, The Guardian in 2017. Kevin de Bruyne has also won the Bundesliga Player of the Season 2014-15 during his spell with Wolfsburg and was in the FIFPro World XI third team in 2016.

Kevin De Bruyne provided four assists in the World Cup qualification round for Belgium and was one of their star performers. He will be given the responsibility to provide the creativity from midfield and needs to be in top form for Belgium to progress to the final stages of the tournament.

He has played 59 games for the Belgian National team so far and will be looking forward to improve on Belgium's quarter-final finish during the FIFA World Cup 2014.

#2 Mohamed Salah(Liverpool & Egypt)

Mohamed Salah is in sensational form this season. There are not many players better than him in football right now and has been compared to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

He joined Liverpool in the summer transfer window of 2017 and has scored 28 PL goals in 30 games since his move. His pace and ability to take on defenders has proven handy this season and even the established defenders in the PL have found it difficult to cope with the Egyptian.

Egypt qualified for the World Cup after 27 years and Mo Salah played an important part in that. He was the top goal-scorer in their group and had scored a last minute penalty in a vital match against Congo.

Mohamed Salah won the African Footballer of the Year award for 2017. He has scored 33 goals in 57 appearances for Egypt so far and will be looking forward to achieving greater things with his national team at the World Cup.

This year though they have a bunch of young attacking players in their team, and fans have huge expectations from them this term. The player who will carry most of the expectations is their main striker, Harry Kane.

The Tottenham man is among the best strikers in the Premier League, or certainly in the world aswell. He has been winning the PL Golden Boot for the last two seasons. He is among the league's top scorers this season once again, but a recent ligament injury gave his rival, Mohamed Salah an opportunity to overtake him on the list.

Harry Kane was England's top-scorer in the World Cup qualifiers and he needs to continue his goal-scoring form in the finals for England to win the Cup in Russia.

With the World Cup just a few months away, English fans will have huge expectations from him as the London born striker possesses all the qualities to lead England to glory.
