#1 FSG

The full form of FSG is Fenway Sports Group – and it happens to be a company that owns Liverpool. Ever since taking over the club in 2010, the club haven’t exactly turned back the glory years as the fans were promised.
While it is true that Liverpool have broken their transfer record twice in that time period, most of the players that were bought weren’t exactly world-beaters. Luis Suarez and Mohamed Salah were world class players at the time of arrival, the same can’t be said for the others.
They did sign some wonderful talents, but going the extra mile to become title challengers is something that FSG are yet to show. This is one of the reasons why the fans are disgruntled at the owners. The fact that the other clubs have been ruthless in their approach and have got their main transfer targets further adds to their frustration.
Signing Keita and Van Dijk would be going the extra mile, but if history is used as a witness here, then it feels like the fans will be left dissatisfied by the end of the window.
