Still only 27, Bale has been tipped by many to take over from Ronaldo and become Madrid’s main man.
On the other hand, Neymar who initially struggled to make much of an impact at Barcelona has well and truly settled into his role as one of Barcelona’s main men. Capable of flat footing defenders with ridiculous ease, the 25-year-old looks well worth all the legal hassle Barcelona went through to get him.
