Liverpool made the trip to Lancashire to face Sean Dyche's Burnley on Wednesday evening. The Reds came into this game after Divock Origi's heroics won them the Merseyside derby late on. Burnley took the lead against Liverpool, but quality prevailed and Liverpool came back to win 3-1. Here are 5 things we learned from Liverpool's comeback.

#5 Liverpool are still ruthless on the counter

There have been some doubts over Liverpool's attacking prowess this season, with some fans and neutral's criticising Liverpool's new style under Klopp. However, the Reds still showed they have the ability to blow teams away on the counter at Turf Moor on Wednesday evening. It was a move with pace but also intelligence that saw the Reds finish Burnley off.

After a scare at their own goal, where Alisson pulled off a magnificent save, the Liverpool goalkeeper was quick to get the ball back up the field. The Brazillian found Sturridge with a long throw. With acres of space in front of him, Liverpool's No. 15 clipped the ball to Mohamed Salah.

Salah decided to pass rather than go for himself and played a lovely outside of the boot ball to Shaqiri. This left the Swiss international one-on-one with Hart, and he finished the game off with a well-struck half-volley into the bottom corner.

While people are worried about Klopp's new style, the quality is still evidently there. Rather than Alisson just sit on the ball and run the clock down he looked to keep the game flowing and subsequently put it to bed. It may not be as frequent but when it needs to be turned on, Liverpool can still turn it on and finish a game off.

Maybe this will be a sign of things to come in upcoming games for the Reds as there could be times where they will be under pressure. In big games to come, like Arsenal and Manchester United a clinical counter-attack when they are under pressure could be the difference between Liverpool coming out of the game as winners and continuing their unbeaten start to the season.

4# Dyche's Burnley could be on their way back

Dyche pulled off an impressive feat last season, guiding his Burnley side to an unexpected 7th place finish. This season, that form has looked a distant memory and they find themselves in the relegation zone. Although, in the defeat against Liverpool, the Clarets showed some promise.

For some spells of the game, Burnley was on top and fashioned some good chances for themselves. Whilst the scoreline looked as though it was a comfortable game for Klopp and his Liverpool side, this wasn't the case.

Burnley for the first 50 minutes of the game put Liverpool under some pressure and eventually found their way through and got their goal. Alisson made a save from a corner but it wasn't enough to keep the ball out of the net as Jack cork tapped in the rebound.

Burnley was in the game for the first 50-60 minutes and rightly so found themselves 1-0 up. But in the end, quality prevailed and Liverpool won the game 3-1. The result was for Burnley, but they looked much more competitive and looked as though they were improving.

Burnley have 3 tough fixtures coming up in Brighton, Tottenham and Arsenal. These may be difficult fixtures, but if they play as they did against Liverpool there is no recent that they couldn't pick up points from these games.

3# Keita is going to be a good signing

Naby Keita was excellent for Liverpool last night and ran the midfield as they came back to win at Turf Moor, in this midweek fixture. Due to his stellar performance, he won the LFC fan-voted man of the match.

The Guinea international was excellent on the half turn against Burnley and had a brilliant turn of pace to get away from Burnley players. His dribbling was immense and would rarely not complete a dribble. Hart pulled off a great save to tip his shot onto the post and he had a fancy flick cleared off the line by Bardsley.

The 23-year-old was the passer on the pitch last night with a pass accuracy of 93%, the best percentage of any player who played in the game. This accumulation of great aspects to his game, last night, showed that he is still the quality player we saw at RB Leipzig.

Given the time, he could become a massive part of Liverpool's title challenge as he could provide some of the creativity that the midfield has been missing in recent games

2# Liverpool are able to rotate and still win games

Klopp rotated after the derby win against Everton. He played a back five of Alisson GK, Gomez RB, Matip CB, VVD CB and Moreno LB. Milner, Keita and Henderson made up the midfield three and Origi, Sturridge and Shaqiri made up the front three.

Origi was given his first start of the season and Klopp made 6 other changes to the win at home v Everton. Liverpool's first half was poor and it took a Burnley goal to wake them up, but when it came to it, the 11 that was played got the job done.

The win needed Salah and Firmino to come off the bench to contribute to the 2nd and 3rd goals but this meant they played reduced minutes. These reduced minutes will mean that key players will be fresher for the big games like Manchester United and Arsenal that are still to come in this busy festive period.

This win shows that the depth at the club has been improved and that they can win games when key players, need to be rested for key games. This improved depth could be key for Liverpool and Klopp if they are going to win trophies.

1# Alisson Becker is worth every penny

Alisson was integral for Liverpool in this game and has been all season. He's been making key saves, in key parts of games that make sure Liverpool keep their advantage and win all the points on offer.

He showed his quality in this game when the scores were 2-1. From a corner, Alisson made a magnificent save to stop a Ben Mee header that looked destined for the top corner. After his wonderful save, he started a counter-attack and 20 seconds, or so, later it was 3-1 and game over.

This initiative to keep Liverpool in front and looking to start a counter shows that he isn't looking to waste time he wants to keep the game going and find a way through to put the game to bed and that he did.

He was also integral in the derby game where he made a lovely save from an Andre Gomes header to keep the scores 0-0. Brazil's No.1 has been immense for Liverpool this season and is one of the main reasons they are still on City's heels. £67million looks a bargain for a player of his quality.
