The seats will be twice as wide as the normal seats, and will be available to the local and international fans as well. However, to avail the seats, supporters will need to submit a medical certificate to prove that they have a body mass index of 30 or more, as recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Health and World Health Organization, Bloomberg News sports reporter Tariq Panja revealed.
