AC Milan are keen on bringing Keisuke Honda’s move from CSKA Moscow forward. The Italian club have agreed personal terms with the Japanese midfielder regarding a transfer in January 2014, when his contract expires.
The Rossoneri are looking to bring in a creative player before Monday’s transfer deadline after Kevin-Prince Boateng joined Schalke on Friday. CSKA have so far rebuffed all of AC Milan’s advances regarding a summer transfer.
Former AC Milan player Kaka is also an option after he revealed that he was looking for a move away from Real Madrid.
“Kaka is a very difficult deal and at the moment we’re negotiating with CSKA to try to get Honda straight away,” Milan’s vice-president Adriano Galliano told Gazzetta dello Sport “It’s more likely to be Honda than Kaka, and signing one excludes signing the other.”
