Arsenal Fans react in a shocked fashion as Sven Mislintat leaves club

Arsenal Football club officially confirmed today that the club's "Head of Recruitment" Sven Mislintat has decided to part ways with the club after the January Transfer window.

Sven, who joined the Gunners on December 1, 2017 after a rather successful stint with Borussia Dortmund in Germany where he worked for 11 years, is known to scout some amazing talents from across the globe. He was brought in as a part of massive overhaul of the Arsenal's administrative structure . Arsenal have signed many players who were influenced to join the club by Mislintat .

He was central to the signings of future Arsenal superstars like Matteo Guendouzi , Lucas Torreira and Bernd Leno. He also acted as a bridge to facilitate the movement of maverick striker Aubameyang and defender Sokratis from Borussia Dortmund to Arsenal.

Hence, his departure has come as a shock to most of the Arsenal Fans who were hoping to welcome multiple new signings in the upcoming transfer windows. His tenure with the Gunners promised a lot to the passionate fans and they feel hard done by.

Arsenal are fifth in the premier league table and there is no denying the fact that the team requires some reinforcements to challenge for the title again.

Arsenal's defence, in particular, looks vulnerable and fans had high hopes that Sven Mislintat would be able to bring in some new faces to bolster the defensive ranks .
