Arsene Wenger is set to spend as much as £60m in the summer.

After a disappointing season, Wenger is looking to bring in established players to strengthen the squad for next season. The club’s board has allocated £60m for the transfer budget and its is essential that Wenger makes full use of the sum.

The top target that the Gunners want to acquire is Isco from Malaga.

20-year-old Isco is one of the hottest prospects in Europe after impressing in Malaga’s dream run in the Champions League. With a release clause of £30m, Wenger will look to match it and secure the services of the midfielder.

Arsenal have previously exploited Malaga with the signing of Nacho Monreal and Santi Cazorla and thus Wenger feels that negotiating a transfer for a third player won’t be difficult.

The Arsenal boss also has his eye on Stevan Jovetic, who has been scoring goals for fun at Fiorentina. The player has been linked with Arsenal for quite some time now and Montenegro international has also hinted of leaving the Italian club.

Arsenal are also keeping tabs on French international, Étienne Capoue as midfield cover for the inconsistent Mikel Arteta. The Toulouse player has impressed with some commanding displays and is valued at £10m.
