Wenger to move for Anthony Martial

Manchester United's forward has so far endured a rocky relationship with manager, Jose Mourinho, that has led to the fueling of transfer rumours. Furthermore, the Frenchman has failed to nail down a spot in the starting lineup despite an upturn in form this season.

Thus, Arsene Wenger is looking to lure the 21-year old to the Emirates as per the Sunday Mirror. The Arsenal manager is known for nurturing youngsters and the club has a strong French influence with the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Olivier Giroud and Alexandre Lacazette.

While it is highly unlikely that Mourinho will allow any of his players to join a rival, Martial can definitely prove to be an able replacement for the departing Alexis Sanchez.

Arsenal to offer a better opportunity for Ademola Lookman

Lookman is short of game-time at Everton

The 19-year old is one of England's brightest prospects and starred in his country's U20 World Cup win this year. However, Lookman has struggled for game-time at Everton and is yet to play in the Premier League this season.

His talent has not gone unnoticed with Tottenham, Crystal Palace and Huddersfield Town reportedly interested in signing the youngster. Interestingly, Arsenal are now in for Lookman as per reports in England.

While Everton are determined to keep hold of the attacker, Lookman will definitely have a better environment to shine under Wenger.

Alex Iwobi talks about Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez

Arsenal v Brighton and Hove Albion - Premier League
Iwobi spoke about Ozil's and Sanchez's importance

The 21-year old scored to help Nigeria qualify for next summer's World Cup and then spoke about the impact of Arsenal's two superstars and their impending departure. Iwobi said:

“When they are fit, they are unstoppable. They are both capable of changing a game — or a season. They have a big decision to make. But it would be a huge setback to lose them because from the stats you can see we do need them for their goals and assists."
“For a team like Arsenal, we need to be aiming for the top four and we need what they bring. It will be great for them to stay. I’ve learnt a lot from them. Just the opportunity to even train with them has been amazing. They are two top-class players with great experience having played at the top level.”

Iwobi definitely gave an honest assessment and Arsenal will have to spend big bucks if they have to replace the quality of both players.
