Midfielders
Saul Niguez will remain at the heart of Diego Simeone's midfield alongside Marcos Llorente. Thomas Partey is currently dealing with an injury and will likely not be fit in time for the game. Simeone will hope that a partnership between Llorente and Niguez will be enough to carry the midfield against Sociedad.
