FC Barcelona played their away game at Camp El Madrigal against Villareal. As the Catalans made a remarkable turnaround by coming back from a 2 goal deficit to winning the game 3-2.

But the moment of the match came little late in the second half when someone in the crowd threw a banana at Dani Alves. He picked it up, peeled it, ate it and took the corner. It was amazing that Alves kept a calm demeanor in circumstances like that.

After the match the 30-year-old said,”I don’t know who it was, but thanks to whoever threw the banana, the potassium gave me the energy for the two crosses which led to a goal.”

Alves, who has been living in Spain for 11 years, also said that he has grown accustomed to the racism acts and it does not bother him at all.

“I’ve been living in Spain for 11 years, and for 11 years I’ve been laughing at these morons,” he added.

Later Barcelona forward Neymar posted this on his Official Instagram account:
