There are still some very good players above 30 and the best XI of them can still win you many trophies. This XI can easily dominate most opponents.

Goalkeeper: Manuel Neuer (31)

Manuel Neuer is considered to be one of the best goalkeepers since Lev Yashin. The German won the World Cup in 2014 with Germany and also took home the Golden Glove trophy. The 31-year-old keeper stood third in the FIFA Ballon d'Or 2014 ranking which is quite commendable for a goalkeeper.

His records are also incredible. He won the IFFHS World's Best Goalkeeper award for 4 consecutive years. The German has made 503 appearances in Bundesliga for Schalke and Bayern Munich winning the title 5 times with the latter.

An athletic keeper, he is known in particular for his outstanding speed, agility, reflexes, consistency, and shot-stopping. He is also known for his positioning, concentration and penalty-saving abilities.

No other player would suit this team better than Neuer for this position.

Filipe Luís is a Brazil international who plays as a left-back for Spanish club Atletico Madrid. At the age of 32, Luis is still one of the best left-backs in the world and has been consistent throughout his career.

The Brazilian has been instrumental in Atletico's success in the recent years. He has good stamina and is great at man marking, he is an aggressive defender and is not scared to lunge into tackles, doing anything to win the ball back.

A prolific goalscorer, Messi is known for his finishing, positioning, quick reactions, and ability to make attacking runs to beat the defensive line.
