Botswana and Zambia return to action in the 2025 COSAFA Cup when they lock horns at the Seisa Ramabodu Stadium on Wednesday. While the Chipolopolo have been eliminated, Didier Gomes Da Rosa’s men need to win by at least two goals to clinch top spot in Group D.
Botswana held their own against Comoros in their COSAFA Cup opener on Monday as they played out a goalless draw when the two sides squared off in Mangaung.
Before that, Da Rosa’s side saw their four-game unbeaten run come to an end on March 21, when they fell to a 3-1 loss against Algeria in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, four days before bouncing back in a 2-0 victory over Somalia.
