Brazil have been blessed with a number of world class keepers in recent times, and arguably none have been more impressive this season than Manchester City's star man Ederson.
The youngster has kept 11 clean sheets in 27 appearances and has certainly contributed to many of City's wins this season with some match-winning saves and terrific performances.
However Tite prefers AS Roma keeper Alisson over Ederson. Although Alisson has conceded just once in six games for Brazil under Tite, his lack of playing time at club level has him under pressure.
There has, however, been increasing calls to more closely examine the position of goalkeeper. Alisson has started all six qualifiers under Tite and is expected to retain his place for the World Cup clash at Russia 2018 but his serious lack of minutes with Roma have called his place into question.
