Brigade Boys Club (BBC) defeated Nayabasti Sakshyamnagar FC 1 – 0 in the last league match of the Nepal B division Martyrs Memorial Football League to lift the title and return to the top Division football after three years. Dinesh Singh Khadka scored the only goal of the match at the Dasharath Stadium, Kathmandu in the 26th minute to move two points ahead of second-placed Madhyapur Youth Association at the top of the table.With the victory, Brigade Boys Club finished the Nepal second-tier competition on 27 points, followed by Madhyapur Youth Association on 25 points. The champions won eight matches, drew three and lost one match en-route to the Nepal B division football title.League champion BBC bagged NRs 400,000 while the runner-up Madhyapur Youth Association received NRs 200,000 and third-placed Samajik Club was awarded NRs 100,000.
