Messi has also been involved in a staggering 64 goals (43 goals, 21 assists) for Barcelona in all competitions, which depicts how good he has been this season.
The 31-year-old had a bit of a shaky night at Old Trafford. Messi had a part to play in the own-goal but he reportedly had breathing problems after a clash with Chris Smalling left him with a bloody nose.
