Crystal Palace v Manchester United - Premier League
Matic sealed the 3 points for his side tonight

David De Gea - 6/10

Again, a mixed night for the Spaniard. He was helpless for the 1st goal but should have done better in the 2nd, that beat him near the post. However, De Gea made a fantastic save to deny Benteke from scoring their 3rd goal, thus playing a huge part in United's victory.

Antonio Valencia - 7/10

Probably one of the few players who showed an initiative in the 1st half. He never stopped pressing forward, thus claiming an assist for Smalling's goal

Victor Lindelof - 6/10

Not up to his mark but his positioning seems to be improving. He struggled with Benteke at times and was shakey in the air.

Chris Smalling - 5/10

2 mistakes from Smalling cost his team 2 goals. He needs to improve his defensive skills tremendously. However, he did get a goal to his name.

Ashley Young - 4/10

No influence in the game whatsoever. Often found himself caught off guard by the hosts' pace and was sloppy.

Scott McTominay - 4/10

A harsh reality for the youngster. He was in the limelight just a week back and today failed to find his rhythm. He was subbed off at half-time.

Nemanja Matic - 7/10

He was not that productive in the 1st half of the game but improved a lot in the 2nd. He was more influential in the later stages and then the strike to win the game. What A Goal!

Paul Pogba - 5/10

A frustrating night for the Frenchman. Nothing seemed to be going right for him. He gave away possession too often but eventually managed to improve in the 2nd half.

Alexis Sanchez - 5/10

Things have not been going the Chilen's way since he moved to United. Another night to remember for him. But he did play an important part in United's comeback in the 2nd half.

Romelu Lukaku - 6/10

The Belgian found it difficult to find the ball for the most part of the game. But when he did, he made to make it count. He levelled the score with 15 minutes to go in the game.

Jesse Lingard - 6/10

Lingard just couldn't find any spaces at the beginning of the game. But when he did, he used his pace to go past the defenders. He lacked support from his midfield.

Substitutes

Luke Shaw - 6/10

Coming on with still 23 minutes to go, Shaw approached the game with the right attitude, providing an extra width to his side.

Juan Mata - 6/10

Came on the pitch with Luke Shaw, Mata added more dynamism to United's attack thus forcing the host to work even harder.

Marcus Rashford - 7/10

He came on in the 2nd half for McTominay and immediately added the spark which was missing before the break. He changed the dynamics of the game in a positive manner.
