Alexis Sanchez set to become a Manchester City player by next week

Sources close to the Chilean superstar has revealed that Alexis Sanchez could shift loyalties to the Etihad by next week. An injury to Gabriel Jesus has spurred City into action who now want Sanchez in their ranks before the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The Independent understands that Arsenal are holding out for a fee of £35 million whereas City believe that £20 million is a fair valuation of a player who is desperate to leave the club and is in the final few months of his contract.

Bojan Krkic eyeing a return to Stoke City

After the dismissal of Mark Hughes, Bojan Krkic has reignited his intentions of playing again at the Bet365 stadium.

Bojan was a fan favourite at Stoke but was loaned out to Alaves in the past summer due to a reported fallout with Mark Hughes.

But the departure of Hughes and Jese Rodriguez's imminent move back to Spain has opened the door for a return for the Spaniard.
