AS Roma get their pre-season friendly fixtures underway when they visit the Košická futbalová aréna to take on FC Kosice on Monday. This will be the yellow-blue’s final warm-up game before the start of the 2024-25 Slovakian top-flight campaign and they will be looking to secure a morale-boosting result.
Kosice were denied consecutive friendly wins last Saturday when they fell to a 1-0 defeat against Polish outfit Górnik Zabrze at the Arena Zabrze.
Before that, Gergely Geri’s men picked up their first pre-season victory on July 6, when they edged out Michalovce 1-0 on July 6 to end their three-match winless run.
Kosice have scored just two goals in their five friendly matches, a key area they will be looking to improve upon before the start of the season.

Meanwhile, Roma were involved in an end-of-the-season friendly against Serie A rivals AC Milan on May 31, when they secured a 5-2 victory over the Rossoneri.
