A football fan was accidentally set on fire by a security guard A fan was set ablaze at a match in Poland when a security guard tried to extinguish his flare. At a match between Slask Wroclaw and Zaglebie Lubin, a Lubin fan was wildly swinging a red flare when the security guard stepped up and tried to douse it using a spray can. The fan, who was standing atop a metal gate fell as a result but luckily the fire was put out and the fan escaped without any major damage.
