Turkish coach Faith Terim has penned a new 3-year-contact with Turkish champions Galatasaray, keeping him at the club until 2016, Inside Futbol reports.

Under him, the Istanbul based club have won the Super Lig for the last two seasons.

The 60-year-old is enjoying his third stint at the helm of the club and was recently named as the coach of the Turkey national team.

Terim will be the national coach until next summer, his main target is to secure a berth for Turkey in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Galatasaray has won six top titles under Terim’s leadership and also won the UEFA Cup in 2000 with the club, which was a phenomenal success for the Turkish champions.

Terim has also managed Italian clubs Florentina and AC Milan, and is serving his third stint as Turkey’s manager, following spells between 1993 and 1996 and 2005 and 2009.
