The German legend was an exceptional player for Barcelona in the middle of the park. Seen as the driving force of the team during his eight-year stint at Camp Nou, Bernd Schuster was a highly important figure at the time.

He was noted for his brilliance on the ball, as well as his strength and dribbling skills. But it was Schuster's goalscoring ability that really stood out. Playing 300 games for the club, the former star scored a shocking 118 goals, averaging over one goal every three games.

Schuster was the team's key spot-kick taker, and his efficiency from outside the box, as well as the penalty spot, was unparalleled. Although he didn't leave the club on the best of terms, his tally of eight trophies in eight years was enough to catapult Schuster to legendary status.

It's not often you see a player switch their all-white uniform for the historic blue and red stripes. Luis Enrique was one of those players. Making the move from the Santiago Bernabeu to the Nou Camp in 1996, he quickly became one of the best players in the Barcelona outfit.

During his eight-year stint with the Catalan giants, Enrique played 300 games for the club and scored 109 goals, averaging over one goal every three games. By 2004 when he left Barcelona, he had won the league title twice and picked up the European Cup once.

Known for his vision, passing skills and fighting spirit, Luis Enrique would go on to wear the captain's armband and lead the club for two years. He later came back as a manager for only three years and won nine trophies out of a possible 13.

Barcelona has had its fair share of South American football magicians, and this former Brazilian international is certainly one of them. An agile dribbler and a brilliant goalscorer, Rivaldo's performances at Barcelona were nothing short of exceptional.

Dedicating just five seasons to the club, Rivaldo won four trophies with Barca, showcasing some of the best football Camp Nou has ever seen. He won the Ballon d'Or and the FIFA World Player awards in 1999, but his performances remained top-notch for Barca until his exit in 2002.

In just 235 official matches for Barcelona, Rivaldo scored a magical 130 goals, averaging one goal in just under every two games. His 2000-01 season saw Rivaldo score an amazing 36 goals in just 53 games, his highest tally for the club.
