#2 Paul Rachubka - ₹96 Lakhs
The Kerala Blasters team may not be where they want to in terms of their league position but they did some neat business bringing in former Manchester United youth squad goalkeeper Paul Rachubka. Rachubka already seems like a bargain considering what other foreign players in the ISL are earning and his contributions to the team cannot be overstated.
