Veteran actor Jayasurya played the role of former Indian national football team captain VP Sathyan in the recently released biopic 'Captain'. Jayasurya has acted in over 100 Malayali movies and is a mimicry artist as well.

Kerala Blasters FC will have star power in attendance for their last home game against Chennaiyin FC as movie stars Priya Prakash Varrier and Jayasurya will be in presence at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi.
