Negotiations on for Mauro Icardi

Real Madrid have begun negotiations for Inter Milan striker, Mauro Icardi, according to Libertad Digital. They claim that Madrid are keen on signing a striker after missing out on Neymar and Mbappe.

Madrid have reportedly made a move for the Argentine after Lopetegui asked for a striker. Perez has been a big fan of Icardi for a long time and is now said to be keen on signing him.

Theo Hernandez joins Real Sociedad

Real Madrid confirmed that Theo Hernandez has joined Real Sociedad on a season-long loan. The left-back was signed from Atletico Madrid last summer but never got a chance to impress as Marcelo was on top of his game.

Hernandez was desperate to get minutes under his belt and did not want to spend another season on the bench. He had offers from Premier League sides as well but he reportedly did not want to move out of Spain.

Real Madrid agree deal for Thiago

Real Madrid have agreed a deal with Bayern Munich for Thiago Alcantara, according to Onda Cero (via Football Espana). The former Barcelona star has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga champions this summer.

The Spanish radio station claims that Julen Lopetegui wanted him after the departure of Mateo Kovacic to Chelsea. The Croatian joined Chelsea on loan for the season.

Thiago has played under Lopetegui with the Spanish national team, and is said to be one of his favourites. Onda Cero claim that Los Blancos are actively in talks with the player and will sign him soon.
