Real Madrid held talks with Edin Dzeko in January according to reports in Marca. The Spanish giants were keen on signing him but the move was rebuffed by the striker as per the report.
Dzeko was also a target for Chelsea in January but he stayed put at AS Roma. The Bosnian made it clear that he had settled in well in Rome and was not willing to switch clubs.

Adidas to help Real Madrid sign Neymar
The big rumour of the day involving Real Madrid comes from Don Balon. The Spanish publication report that Florentino Perez and Adidas officials are discussing ways that the club can sign Neymar.
They report that Nike pay Barcelona €150 million a season as sponsors and Adidas are nowhere close to it. The Sporting goods manufacturing company now have a pact with Perez to get Neymar to Bernabeu.
The Brazilian has been linked with Madrid for a long time and this summer, the rumours were stronger than ever. Especially with Cristiano Ronaldo leaving, it was expected that Neymar would be replacing him but the Brazilian stayed at PSG.
