Rodrygo rejected Barcelona for Real Madrid
Rodrygo's agent has revealed that the Brazilian striker was a target for Barcelona but he rejected the interest. The teenager is a Real Madrid fan and always wanted to join them. "Barça wanted to sign Rodrygo, but he loves Real Madrid," said the agent.
Nick Arcuri, the agent, also said, “Madrid reached an agreement with Santos before other teams because Rodrygo always had that dream since childhood. The Barcelona and other big clubs also wanted him, but heard the offer from Madrid and had no doubts.”
Rodrygo becomes the latest addition to the list of players who rejected Barcelona for Real Madrid. Asensio, Ronaldo, Ozil etc have openly revealed that they did ditch interest from the Camp Nou side to head to Bernabeu.
