Following Cristiano Ronaldo's untimely departure, Real Madrid are all set to turn to Gareth Bale to be their marquee player going forward. Bale was initially unhappy with the playing time he was receiving at the club and indicated that in no uncertain terms. However, according to reports in Marca, he has received assurances that he will indeed be their man main in the following seasons and play a major role in the club.
Harry Kane deal off
In other news, Real Madrid are unlikely to pursue Tottenham striker Harry Kane, after being put off by his unrealistically high price tag. Keylor Navas new contract
