There has arguably been no more important player in the Premier League since Mohammed Salah arrived in Liverpool from Roma in the summer of 2017.

Since then, the Egyptian international has been catapulted into global superstardom and was named the PFA Player of the Year in his debut season with Liverpool in addition to winning consecutive Golden Boots in the league.

Given Salah's status as one of the most decisive players in the league, it stands to reason that a lot of Liverpool's hopes of success are hinging on the 27-year-old's shoulders, and so far this season, he has not disappointed.

Against Arsenal, the former Chelsea man played an integral role in helping Liverpool to victory, scoring a vital goal to give Liverpool a two-goal cushion, while also showing great composure to slot past Bernd Leno in addition to a number of other chances he created for his teammates.
