Klopp to Bayern?

Jurgen Klopp's agent talks about Bayern Munich

The German gaffer was instrumental in Borussia Dortmund's rise this decade and is now building a world-class team at Liverpool. While the 50-year old signed a six-year deal back in 2016 to keep him at Anfield at 2022, his agent Marc Kosicke spoke about the possibility of his client moving back to Germany to coach the Bundesliga's greatest club. He told Sport1:

"One has to say, Bavaria was more often a topic, because Jürgen Uli Hoeneß knows very well. But it was never the right moment, never became concrete. At that time Franz Beckenbauer was still president, in 2006 Jürgen was on stage together with him as a TV expert. They still understand each other well and have contact. But Jürgen can end his career as a coach at some point, even without having coached Bayern."
"We did not talk about whether that appealed to him now. But training one of the biggest clubs in Europe is not something that is not appealing. Everything has to be right, it has to be right. Bayern is looking for summer for a coach, but Jürgen still has a long contract. At the moment Jürgen is not thinking about training any other club than the Reds."

Thus, Kosicke assures Liverpool fans that Klopp will be honouring his contract while raising a seed of doubt that Bayern Munich is a job his client had interest in. Either way, the Reds boss can be expected to stay put until the end of the next season at the very least.

Iker Casillas to join Liverpool this summer

Liverpool v FC Porto - UEFA Champions League Round of 16: Second Leg
Will this be a regular occurrence next season?

The Real Madrid and Spain legend is currently at FC Porto and his contract is set to expire at the end of the season. While the legendary goalkeeper may not be the force as before, his experience makes him a valuable asset to any team. Now, Bernabeu Digital claims that the 36-year old has decided that Anfield will be his possible final career destination.

Casillas wishes to embark on a journey to England as per the report and has already been offered a one-year contract with the option for a second year. The goalkeeper was seen in conversation with Klopp after he kept a clean sheet for Porto against Liverpool in the Champions League round of 16.

Now, the outlet claims to have confirmed the information that Casillas is becoming a Red next season. If this happens to be true, then both Simon Mignolet and Danny Ward can be expected to leave next season while the legend provides competition for the current no.1 Loris Karius.

Anderson Talisca could prove to be a difficult target in the summer

Besiktas have an option to sign Talisca permanently
Besiktas have an option to sign Talisca permanently

The Brazilian has been in superb form for Besiktas this season and has really made his loan move from Benfica work. After securing his first national call-up in this international break, he is now a wanted man in Europe. Liverpool are interested in the player as per Turkish outlet, Fanatik, but signing the attacker could prove difficult for the Merseyside club.

The Turkish club have an option to make Talisca's move permanent for just €21 million before the end of the season. Thus, whatever terms Liverpool could offer, Besiktas can demand more by signing the 24-year old first. Their president, Fikret Orman, spoke about the situation and said:

"Talisca is our player, we will be making a move to keep him here beyond the end of the season. I can’t share much more right now but we will return to this before the end of the season.”

Thus, Besiktas will be keen on signing arguably their best player permanently and this could pose a real problem for Liverpool.
