The former Southampton star was once regarded as one of the greatest attacking talents in English football. He moved to Liverpool in 2014 and has scored 21 goals for the Reds. Joel Matip, £70,000 per week

The 27-year-old Cameroon international was signed from Schalke during the summer of 2016. Matip has made 69 appearances for Liverpool so far and scored twice. Though his playing time reduced after the arrival of Virgil van Dijk, he played his part last season. He currently earns £70,000 per week at Anfield.

Sadio Mane, £90,000 per week

The Senegal international has been one of Liverpool’s best players last season. He scored 20 goals in his 44 appearances and played a huge role in their brilliant 2017/18 campaign. He troubled opponents with his pace and was phenomenal throughout the season. The Liverpool winger could once again play a crucial role this season.

Dejan Lovren, £90,000 per week

The Croatian centre-back has played 152 games in all competitions for Liverpool during his four-year spell at the club so far. He was one of the key players for Croatia in the 2018 World Cup as they reached the finals of the tournament. The 29-year-old currently earns £90,0000 per week at Anfield.
