The Liverpool custodian made one good save early on against Manchester United. But that really got the Reds going on the night. On the only occasion he was beaten, the United goal was ruled out for offside.

Trent Alexander-Arnold - 8/10

Liverpool's talismanic full-back was at his menacing best on the day, capping off a great performance with a fine assist.

Ibrahima Konate - 7.5/10

Who could say this was only his second Premier League start? Konate handled United's pressure well, delivering a solid performance at the back for Liverpool. He's surely going to start more for the Reds after this outing.

Virgil van Dijk - 7.5/10

He was supposed to be at his resolute best against United's stellar attack, but instead, the match turned out to be an absolute cakewalk for him.

The Scot didn't get any assists on the board, but he looked solid in defence and promising going forward.

Naby Keita - 7.5/10

Mohamed Salah - 10/10

Three goals and an assist - what's more left to say? Another record-breaking evening for the peerless Salah. Just give him the Ballon d'Or already!

Roberto Firmino - 8/10

The uber-smiling Brazilian's selflessness was on full display on the day once again. He dropped back for wide players to cut inside, and linked his midfield to attack superbly.

Diogo Jota - 8/10

He made a timely return to Liverpool's starting XI, and made a big impression, scoring and assisting once apiece.
