AS Roma chasing Samir Nasri
After failing to convince Leicester City for the sale of Riyad Mahrez, Roma have decided to go for the Manchester City outcast - Samir Nasri. The Mirror reports that Nasri is unwanted by Pep Guardiola and even his teammates at Manchester City are irked by the Frenchman's bad attitude. Roma are willing to pay close to £20 million for the wide player with this deal expected to be completed in the next week.
Juventus call off a move for Nemanja Matic
The Italian giants have deemed Chelsea's asking price of £40 million too high for the Serbian midfielder and hence have pulled out of the negotiations. According to Corriere Dello Sport, Juventus will pursue other options now while this has cleared the way for Manchester United to get their man.
Antonio Conte has no issues on Matic being sold to a rival but owner Roman Abramovich might not sell Matic to the Red Devils.
