Despite various reports emerging out of Europe that the Brazilian is closing in on a move to Paris Saint Germain, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez have stepped in to stop that from happening.

Sport claims that the duo have convinced Neymar to stay put at Barcelona with Gerard Pique also posting a photo with Neymar on Instagram with the caption, "He's staying". PSG were ready to pay the £222 million release clause for the poster boy of world football but might have to look for other options.

Deportivo La Coruna offer a bumper deal to Lucas Perez

AS claim that Deportivo have offered Lucas Perez a stunning ten-year contract to join them this summer. Perez joined Arsenal last season but due to limited opportunities, is keen on a return to Spain.

Deportivo are eager to bid in the range of around £10 million for the 28-year-old and will also offer him a post retirement position at the club.
