Manchester United make inquiries for Jamie Vardy

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's recurring knee problems have left Manchester United a man short in attack with the management now looking for options elsewhere. The Telegraph reports that United have made initial inquiries about Leicester City's Jamie Vardy.

The former Premier League golden boot winner is reportedly eager for a move to one of the big clubs and is valued at around £35 million. He is also eligible to play in the Champions League which has intrigued the Red Devils even more. If not for Vardy, Jose Mourinho has then set his sights on bringing Javier Hernandez back to the club.

Antonio Conte set to leave Chelsea at the end of the season

The top brass at Stamford Bridge believe that Antonio Conte is set to resign after the end of the season. He has one more year left in his contract but the Italian reportedly is unhappy with the proceedings in London. All has not been well between the two parties since the last summer after the manager's public criticism of the club's transfer policy.

Chelsea have already begun their search for his replacement and have made a three-man shortlist for the summer. The Daily Mail has reported that the likes of Massimiliano Allegri, Luis Enrique and Maurizio Sarri are high on Chelsea's wishlist.

Ramires looking to move back to Europe

Ramires eyeing a loan move to Inter Milan

The Nerazzuris are in the market for attacking reinforcements this month in order to keep their title aspirations alive. Ramires has been linked with the Milan club since the past month or so and today, the Brazilian has revealed that he is hoping to join Inter Milan soon.

Speaking to Sky Italy, Ramires admitted, "If I had to go back to Europe and do it in a big club like Inter, it would be a happy moment for me and my family, and if it happens I will be ready." The former Chelsea man has been playing in China for the last couple of years with Jiangsu Suning.

Napoli ready to double Maurizio Sarri's salary

In order to fend off interest from top European clubs, Napoli are ready to double their manager's salary. Maurizio Sarri has been praised from all corners for his attacking brand of football since taking over at Naples.

Sarri currently earns €1.4 million per year and has a contract until 2020. The 59-year-old has a release clause of €8 million from February to May which the club wants to end by offering him a new contract which will see him earn €3 million per year and will also see him in Naples until 2021.

Liverpool begin Naby Keita talks

Jurgen Klopp has reportedly identified the Guinean as the man to fill the void created by Philippe Coutinho's departure. Keita was previously set to join the Reds in the summer but the club has initiated official talks with RB Leipzig as they look to secure Keita's services six months earlier than intended.

RB Leipzig are keen to hold onto their prized asset but due to financial regulations, the German club are ready to let Keita leave for a sum of around £17 million. The Daily Telegraph claims that a consensus may be reached in the next week or so.

Premier League giants in Christian Pulisic race

Liverpool and Manchester United are reportedly engrossed in a transfer battle to secure the signing of Borussia Dortmund's Christian Pulisic. The 19-year-old American is on the radar of both the Premier League giants with the teenager being in fine form for both club and country.

Dortmund value him at around €100 million with both clubs looking to take on board a player who is set to become one of the future trendsetters of the game.

Mohammad Salah deny Real Madrid links

The new Liverpool talisman has reportedly been on Real Madrid's radar since grabbing the headlines this season. He is projected by many as Gareth Bale's direct replacement at the Bernabeu with Madrid ready to spend a record amount to bring him to Spain.

But the Egyptian recently took to Twitter to squash all rumours of his exit from Merseyside. He said in Arabic as translated by Marca, "Well, I have heard so many rumours that it doesn’t bother me anymore. They have treated me very well in Liverpool and at this moment, I belong to Liverpool and I am happy at Anfield.”

Quique Sanchez Flores is Stoke City's managerial choice

Espanyol manager Quique Sanchez Flores is the Potters' top choice to take over the mantle from the recently sacked Mark Hughes. Sky Sports has revealed that the Stoke City CEO is in Barcelona today to discuss the terms with Espanyol and Flores.

The compensation is not reportedly an issue between the two parties but the former Watford man does not seem convinced at the moment to leave La Liga for a second stint in England.

Manchester United favourites to land Malcom

In a recent turn of events, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have dropped their interest in Bordeaux starlet Malcom. The winger was on the radar of three Premier League clubs but the recent advancements have made Manchester United favourites to land him.

Malcom is valued at around £45 million by the French club with Tottenham Hotspur not ready to spend such a big amount on the 20-year-old. Arsene Wenger today denied the club's interest in the winger which has made United the favourites to land the dazzling forward.

FC Barcelona set to miss out on Arthur Melo

The Gremio playmaker is seen as one of the most talented Brazilian talents at the moment and is expected to be included in the country's World Cup squad. FC Barcelona were strongly linked with the youngster but the club's usual tapping up process has angered Gremio which has led them to now sell Arthur to the Premier League.

The Daily Mail has linked Melo with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea with both the sides currently on the lookout for creative players. Melo has a release clause of £45 million with his club also ready to cash in on their star attraction.
