FC Barcelona set to miss out on Arthur Melo
The Gremio playmaker is seen as one of the most talented Brazilian talents at the moment and is expected to be included in the country's World Cup squad. FC Barcelona were strongly linked with the youngster but the club's usual tapping up process has angered Gremio which has led them to now sell Arthur to the Premier League.
The Daily Mail has linked Melo with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea with both the sides currently on the lookout for creative players. Melo has a release clause of £45 million with his club also ready to cash in on their star attraction.
