AS Roma declare Alisson Becker is not for sale

Roma sporting director Monchi has revealed the club's intentions of keeping hold of Alisson Becker beyond this summer. The Brazilian goalkeeper has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid and Liverpool.

Monchi was quoted by Football Italia as saying, “We have not received any offers and have no intention of selling. We are happy to have Alisson, we want to enjoy him. I don’t want to name a hypothetical price-tag for him because when someone doesn’t want to sell, he doesn’t name a price."

Three-way fight for Sporting Lisbon midfielder

According to O Jogo, three Italian clubs are in the race to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Rodrigo Battaglia. The Argentine is reportedly on the radar of Inter Milan, AS Roma and Napoli.

The Serie A sides will have to beat West Ham United who are said to be favourites to sign Battaglia. He is valued at around €27 million by Sporting Lisbon.
